The following information forms the terms and conditions of Fancy Lingerie’s Return and Exchange Policy.
Due to health regulations and for the protection of our customers, all returns MUST be in new, original condition with all intact packaging, tags and sanitary protection (if applicable), within 14 days of purchase, and a refund or exchange request MUST be sent to email@example.com BEFORE you send back any parcel to us.
If products are returned in a condition that differs from how they were received by the customer (this includes labels etc being removed) the product will be deemed non-returnable and either returned to the customer (the customer will be responsible for return postage charges) or destroyed on behalf of the customer.
We reserve the rights to refuse your refund or exchange if the items are not sent back to us in their original condition or we have not received a refund or exchange request by email in advance. In such a case we may organise to reship the goods back to the given shipping address.
You will be refunded based on the cost of the product (we do not refund your shipping charge or refund gift wrapping), and the return postage is to be covered at your own cost.
Designs from the Outlet are exchange only items. Any refund requests will be given as store credit if the returns policy is met.
If you are exchanging, you only need to return the piece(s) you wish to exchange. For a refund, the full set must be returned.
